  • A service request or booking constitutes a request for a quote. Services commence upon mutual agreement on scope, schedule, and pricing.

  • Payment terms, deposits, and accepted payment methods will be specified in your estimate or contract.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Requests for rescheduling or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late changes or no-shows may incur a fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide access to the property, safe working conditions, and clear details of your needs before service begins. Please inform us of any hazards (pets, delicate items, chemical sensitivities) beforehand.

5. Liability & Warranty

  • We aim for your complete satisfaction—any issues reported within 24 hours of service will be addressed promptly.

  • We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the affected services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Brightco Painters & Cleaning and is protected under intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (see above), which explains how we manage your personal data.
